Belize Zoo ~ Animal Rescue Sanctuary
Welcome to the finest small zoo around, the Belize Zoo. Established in 1983, this zoo began as a sanctuary for a diverse group of wild animals. Originally a modest “backyard zoo,” it has grown into a vibrant center for wildlife education, captivating thousands of visitors with the native animals of Belize.
Enjoy a comfortable 45min. drive in an air-conditioned van from Belize City to the zoo, where the driver will also be your personal guide through the zoo.

At our discretion, we may issue vouchers valid for one year from the date of issue for cancellations made less than 30 days before the tour, providing flexibility for future travel plans.
