Q: How do I get my tickets? When & where do I arrive on the day of my tour?
A:  You will receive an email from us with instructions on when & where to meet for your adventure.  All flights or ferry tickets will be waiting for you at the airport or ferry terminal.  You can also email us with any questions before your tour date at info@reinmarktours.com

Q: Why did you start this travel tour website business?
A: I’ve been coming to the island for 14 years and lived here for 8 years. A couple of problems I have seen are people coming here with no idea what there is to do or with whom. I have alleviated that! No more walking the beach looking for a tour. I have picked the best licensed operators and kept pricing competitive with no hidden costs.

Q: Does Visit Belize Tours by ReinMark carry insurance?
A: ReinMark, LLC is covered by general liability insurance under US law.

Q: How do you choose your tour providers?
A: All of the tour providers are chosen personally by me for their competency and professionalism. Companies that I have used and referred family and friends and over the years have built a working relationship with. All tour providers are under BTB, Belize Tourism Board-certified.

Q: Are all your tours all-inclusive? 
A: All tours are all-inclusive. For instance, any mainland tour includes a ticket to Belize City and back to San Pedro, lunch, water, and park fees. All scuba diving instruction is all-inclusive, no add-ons. Any local, night, or atoll diving that requires a scuba kit, BCD, regulator, mask, and fins is an add-on. We take pride in performing the little things so you have no worries.

Q: What is your payment & cancellation policy?
A:
We require full payment at the time of reservation.  Cancellations made 30 days before the tour date will be fully refunded. Cancellations made less than 30 days from the tour date are not refundable.  

We understand unexpected things can happen. At our discretion, we may issue vouchers valid for one year from the issue date for cancellations made less than 30 days before the tour, providing flexibility for future travel plans. Please be advised that no-shows are not eligible for a refund or voucher.

Q: Do the tour providers carry insurance?
A: All registered tour companies fall under Belize Tourism Board guidelines, which require them to maintain insurance as required by the Belizean government

Q: Do you assist with booking accommodations?
A: Yes. Please email us with your dates and the size of your group. We can make some wonderful suggestions and make the booking for you, often saving you money by avoiding online platform fees.  Email Us

Q: Why is there sales tax on my order?
A:  Belize charges GPT Tax of 12.5% on ALL goods & services. This tax is passed on 100% to our tour providers so they stay compliant with tax laws. 

Q: What do I need to bring on our mainland tour?
A: For most trips, you will want to wear comfortable closed-toe walking shoes (no flip flops). If you are going cave tubing, you must change into aqua socks. You can bring a bag with a towel, phone/camera, sunscreen, bug spray, and wallet with ID and cash for tipping. We suggest a small backpack or wet/dry bag. There will be a place to lock your goods up while cave tubing or ziplining.
