If your tour can not take place due to dangerous weather conditions, you will receive a full refund.

We require full payment at the time of reservation.  Cancellations made 30 days before the tour date will be fully refunded. Cancellations made less than 30 days from the tour date are not refundable.  

We understand unexpected things can happen. At our discretion, we may issue vouchers valid for one year from the date of issue for cancellations made less than 30 days before the tour, providing flexibility for future travel plans. Please be advised that no-shows are not eligible for a refund or voucher.
